How to become an Assistant Branch Manager
To become an Assistant Branch Manager, you usually need a combination of qualifications and experience. A bachelor degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing or a related field may be an advantage.
Graduate with a bachelor degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, Management, or an equivalent course.
Gain two to three years working experience in Sales, Management, or Marketing with a proven track record.
After gaining experience as an Assistant Branch Manager, consider progressing to a role such as Branch Manager, General Manager, Regional Manager, Managing Director, Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer, or Chief Executive Officer.
