A. Expanded Forum House Rules
This virtual HR Community was created to serve as a venue for exchange of knowledge and resources among HR professionals. To ensure the forum's effectiveness as a learning tool, we enjoin members to abide by the following guidelines:
User Conduct
- Observe the three C's of good manners - courtesy, civility and consideration-at all times. Be respectful and understanding of other people's point of view. If you do not agree with another person's statements, simply respond by sharing your own opinion.

- Flaming, or hostile messages involving but not limited to personal attacks, name-calling, lashing out, insulting statements, hate mail and other message of similar negative nature is strictly forbidden.

- Trolling & baiting, or the act of posting controversial, inflammatory or irrelevant messages with the intention of provoking other users and inciting retaliatory messages is likewise strictly forbidden.

- Spam (unsolicited mail), and junk mails (non-HR jokes, chain letters, etc.) are unacceptable.

- Being a free forum, we encourage all forum members themselves to police violations on exchanges displaying improper user conduct. Any member is encouraged to call the attention of a fellow member who he thinks violated this house rule. Or for extreme cases, members are encouraged to call the attention of the Forum Moderator immediately by emailing hrforum-ph@jobstreet.com
Messaging
- Due to the risk of contracting computer viruses, attachments are automatically rejected. Materials for group share should be posted as plain text in the body of the email message. Related URL, websites, and links are preferable.
JobStreet.com reserves the right to release company updates as deemed appropriate. Sanction: Automatic exclusion from the forum.
- To minimize traffic, send personal communications direct to the recipient. These include "Thank you" messages and requests to be enlisted in seminars initiated or organized by members, among others.
"Private communications" refer to messages that are relevant or useful only to the persons to whom they addressed (e.g., "thank you" notes) and have little or no value to the other members.
- Inquiries on suppliers, vendors, referrals and related topics should remind the forum members to reply directly to his/her email address.
Advertising
- People searches and manpower recruitment activities are not allowed. To post job ads online, call our office at (+632) 451-9999 email at ads-ph@jobstreet.com.

Privacy
- All compilation of member data (including names and contact details of HR Forum members) can only conducted by JobStreet.com. Corresponding sanctions will apply for violations to this provision. Request for HR Forum Directory shall be the sole discretion of JobStreet.com.

Administration
- Requests for subscriptions & unsubscriptions should be emailed directly to hrforum-ph@jobstreet.com.
- Subscription requests from new users will be subject to validation from JobStreet.com Staff. Please expect a call for confirmation of personal information indicated, prior to approval.
- Sanctions for violations on the House Rules will be applied as needed and the person/s involved will be notified privately.
