CADET ENGINEER in Manufacturing Engineering
(C.A.R - Baguio)

Responsibilities:

• Under the general direction of the Group Leaders in Manufacturing Engineering, the Cadet Engineer in Manufacturing Engineering shall undertake an in-depth training program that involves the key processes in Operations in preparation for his/ her future Manufacturing Engineer or Tool Design Engineer role. In any area of assignment, he/she will provide the defined manufacturing engineering support to key objectives related to Design & Planning of Mfg. Processes, CNC Programming, Process Documentation, Building Quality into Processes, Manufacturing Floor Operations, New Project Implementations & Management, Work Measurement & Performance, Machine & Tool Selection, Tool Design Engineering, and Operational Improvement (OI) initiatives. He/she will work with the Manufacturing Engineering team, Process Owners, and the other support groups (Quality, Facilitators, Technical Coordinators, Product Engg) in achieving the key objectives.

Requirements:

• B.S. in Manufacturing or Engineering degree (preferably Mechanical or Industrial Engineering)
• With or without direct experience in a metal working or precision machining environment
• With Above average aptitude and analytical abilities
• With Good communication skills
• With Excellent work attitude and good interpersonal skills
