• To ensure a high level of Customer Satisfaction by performing order processing transactions, to manage orders and process them in a timely fashion, and to answer customer inquiries on pricing and availability.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Must be a graduate with a Bachelor's degree (preferably in Engineering, Business, or Information Technology) • Average to excellent English verbal communication skills • With at least 1 year call center experience preferred • Fresh Graduates with good records shall be considered • Ability to handle stress and provide excellent customer service • Must have good judgment and problem-solving skills • Excellent phone handling skills • Must be good with multitasking and working independently • Must have effective listening and questioning skills • Must have good organizational skills and attention to details • High degree of professionalism and ability to work in a Sales environment • Computer literate and must be proficient in keyboarding • Capable of working in a dynamic, multinational environment • Willing to work on shifting schedules / graveyard shift • Must be willing to work in Cavite • Full-time positions available
