We are currently looking for Call Center Agents for our Manila and Clark Centers of Excellence in the Philippines.

Responsibilities:
As a Call Center Agent (Collections), you’ll be responsible for collecting and managing accounts receivables for our blue-chip, FORTUNE 500 clients. Some of your responsibilities include but are not limited to placing outbound calls and accepting inbound calls to consumers and/or businesses and using your negotiation skills to achieve repayment of debt. You’ll be responsible for locating a consumer or following up on a previous commitment. You’ll also be trained to counsel consumers and assist them in determining the best payment options to meet their financial obligations. The better your performance, the better your pay and cash bonus.
Requirements:
At least with High School Diploma
Eighteen (18) years of age at the time of application
Excellent English Communication Skills (Written and Spoken)
Fully operational on Computer / Internet-based Applications
Walk-in Applicants are being entertained from Mondays to Fridays (4:00 pm onwards)
