Account Executive
(National Capital Reg - 37 San Miguel Avenue Oritgas Center Pasig City)

Responsibilities:

  • Establishes a solid working relationship with all appropriate client staff.
  • Leads in the analysis of marketing programs.
  • Oversees all client work to assure on-time delivery within established budgets.
  • Demonstrates leadership and professionalism in working with team members and other agency staff in the implementation of all client work.
  •  Provides guidance and direction to the account service team, as well as to other team members and agency staff so that work is completed quickly and efficiently.
  • Manages and grows local sales; responsible for the effectiveness of the local sales team
  •  Maximizes revenue from key accounts
  •  Meets or exceeds client requirements related to gross revenue, net revenue, and cost, ROI, actual vs. previous year results, and actual vs. pro forma results.
  •  Meets or exceeds gross revenue, gross income, cost and net profit expectations for the Company.
  •  Performs other duties, as requested and required by management.
 

Requirements:

 
  • A degree in Mass Communications, Marketing, Advertising Media, Business Administration with at least 1 year    experience in key account sales
 
        · Relevant experience in client servicing and strategic planning and have a network of business contacts
 
        · Experience in events management and production, advertising, printing, or related industry
 
        · Excellent verbal and written communication skills
 
        · Customer centric attitude
 
        · Proactive, self starter, team player
 
        · Confident & professional attitude to work
 
        · High level of attention to detail
