Successful candidates must be self-motivated problem solvers who will provide technical support to small business owners for an accounting software application.

  Required
- Must be college graduates of a 4-year course; preferably IT-related
- At least two years work experience in a call center for a technical account OR two years work experience in a call center (non-technical account) and have IT education
- Excellent English communication skills
- Willing to work in a schedule-shifting environment, including graveyard, weekends and holidays

Not required but an advantage
- At least two years work experience in implementing, administering and/or troubleshooting PC and/or Macintosh operating systems such as 2000/XP/Vista
- At least one year experience in computer troubleshooting networked environments with typical network services, applications and/or connectivity components
