Our Philippine Reservations Center is looking for:

Reservations Manager
(National Capital Reg - Makati City)

 

Responsibilities:

  • Delivers effective and efficient management of Reservations Operations to guarantee the achievement of set revenue and key production targets within budget constraints
  • Manages and develops performance of all direct reports, through support, motivation and clear communication to ensure KPO/WIG achievement
  • Designs, implements and executes plans to improve Reservations Operations performance to ensure IHG voice channel remains best in class
  • Maintains a proactive relationship with Functional Teams (internal and external), to ensure implementation of processes and evolving technologies to fully utilize these resources to effectively lead all Reservations Operations teams

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree holder in business administration, management, accounting, hospitality or equivalent experience
  • More than 5 years experience in a Management role within a large Call Center operation, or 3-5 years experience as a Manager of a medium-sized Center, Experience should include change management, fiscal accountability
  • Demonstrates high level management, coaching and motivational skills
  • Demonstrates high level understanding of hotel and reservations operations
  • Demonstrates high level written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Good working knowledge of Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook and other relevant systems
  • Has the ability to impact and influence internal and external business partners, hotel and owners
  • Adaptable and flexible to business and team requirements
  • Must be flexible with schedule
