Internal Sales Support
(National Capital Reg - Makati City)

Responsibilities:

• The Internal Sales Support provides administrative and secretarial support to the staff of the Sales and Marketing Department. Her duties shall include :



• Clerical, Office Work Flow, appointments, correspondence and handles inquiries in the absence of the Sales Engineers.
• Preparation of Quotations, Delivery Receipts, Charge Invoices and Other documentations.
• The Internal Sales Support projects a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction.

Requirements:

• Candidates must be a graduate of any Four(4) year course related to Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Marketing or equivalent.
• Female, not more than 30 years old.
• Two(2) years administrative/office experience required. Experience in the sales and marketing field will be highly considered.
• Knowledge in Microsoft office applications
• Good communication skills both oral and written English. Knowledge in Visayan dialect(s) will be an advantage.
• Must be a team player, flexible and result oriented person.
• Full-Time position available.
