THE JOB OPENING
We are looking for an ambitious Flash Developer to join our growing team of developers who are focused on creating games and the very best adaptations of our existing games catalogue for distribution across leading online gaming portals. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and proactive Developer to join a rapidly expanding part of our business. We want an individual who has the initiative and vision to make our games come alive.
The nature of online games development means we require a developer who has the confidence and communication skills to work on game integration with third party sites to ensure successful delivery in line with project deadlines.
This is a FULL-TIME position with IMMEDIATE start.
FLASH DEVELOPER (MAKATI-BASED)
(National Capital Reg - Makati City) Responsibilities:
Develop games using Flash.
Integrate existing games into online gaming portals.
Work closely with fellow developers, graphic artists and designers in both Manila and the UK. Requirements:
SKILLS AND QUALITIES REQUIRED
Eye for quality and what it means to make a great game.
An interest in or knowledge of gambling and skill games.
Good understanding of issues related to Flash design for website usage
(e.g. graphic optimization, bandwidth limitations, server communications).
Preferably, with solid background in Math and Physics.
Highly self-motivated.
Fluent in verbal and written English.
A Filipino citizen or holding relevant residence status.
KEY TECHNICAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
A minimum of 1 to 3 years of professional experience on games development with Flash.
Expert in Flash AS 3.0.
Experience on Browser and download-based applications.
Experience on 2-way server-based applications.
Expert in OOP (Object Oriented Programming) and OOP architectural skills.
An eye for graphics and animation would be advantageous.
