  • First point of Contact for residential and small business customers to log or follow up on a fault issue with their land line service
  • Troubleshoots issue and activates a field visit if necessary
  • Responsible for providing and maintaining the highest possible standard of customer service
  • Performs / Utilizes diagnostic tools to assess reports and faults
  • Performs other related duties and assignments as required and as assigned by supervisor or manager



  • Fluent in English with minimum detectable accent
  • Exceptional communication and call handling skills
  • Preferably with at least 5 months call center experience with excellent performance metrics
  • Superior listening and problem solving skills
  • Must possess the ability to deliver information in an understandable manner
  • Computer literate
  • Candidate preferably must at least possess a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Mall of Asia, Pasay City 
  • Willing to do shiftwork
