CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS – AIRPORT GROUND STAFF (Code: PCSA-300)
(National Capital Reg)

Requirements:

  • Male / Female 20 – 25 years of age
  • With pleasing personality
  • Minimum height requirement : Female: 5’3” / Male: 5’7”
  • Bachelor’s / College Degree holder
  • Excellent English communication skills and a positive upbeat outlook
  • Focused, enthusiastic, patient and with very good customer service skills
  • Highly motivated and has the initiative to learn, with keen attention to details
  • With high tolerance of stress, pleasant disposition and good judgment skills
  • Willing to work on shifting schedule, weekends, holidays and extended
  • working hours
  • Knowledge of a foreign language, an advantage
