Chevron Business & Real Estate Services (CBRES) Business Services Helpdesk

  • Acts as the main point of contact for all facility-related questions and problems.
  • Provides problem resolution either over the phone, by email, or escalates the issue to the next support level.
  • Dispatches service providers and generates work orders for business services and monitors completion of service. Keeps customers updated on progress as needed.
  • Uses web-based application to manage facility and business services work orders.
  • Maintains Help Desk user manual.
  • Manages the day to day maintenance and enhancements of the Manila Shared Services Center location in the Chevron Business and Real Estate Services website.
  • Adheres to an established problem management and escalation process and procedures.


  • Bachelor's Degree in any Business related course
  • Exposed to at least 1 year in Helpdesk Operations and preferably with supervisory experience
  • Above-average verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills, problem solving skills and customer service skills
  • Flexible and with excellent organizational skills
