Requirements:

• Male / Female, 31-38 yrs. Old; graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or any behavioral science courses.
• At least 8 years of post-qualified in Human Resources Field;
• Manages the compensation and benefits program of the company and ensures accurate and timely payroll processing
• Creates and maintains benefits related files
• Responsible for making certain policies and procedures and are carried out correctly and consistently in all areas.
• Handles Company Employee Relation Activities
• Plans and implements the various Human Resources (HR) programs of the company.
• Administers the training Development Program of the company
• Liaises with government agencies such as, but not limited to SSS, Pag-IBIG, BIR, Philhealth, etc.
• Performs salary surveys using local HR information
• Strong leadership, meticulous, logical and disciplined;
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
• Self-motivated, positive and independent;
• Good problem solving skills with strong HR judgment;
• Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time
