  • Responsible for providing excellent customer service by phone for one of the world's largest global accounts



  • Completed at least 3 years of college education, or completed a diploma/certificate course, preferably in a Finance or Business-related course
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Proficient in the use of computers and internet applications
  • Willing to work in a schedule-shifting environment, including graveyard, holiday and weekend shifts
  • Fresh graduates or those without previous work experience are also welcome to apply
  • Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
