CREATIVE MANAGEMENT: Analyze and assess user needs, in coordination with Research and clients, and recommend strategic direction for digital promotion / Identifies, recommends and presents digital promotional strategy that exploits and optimizes project/program content / Identify and foresee clients’ digital promotions needs, based on strategic direction and market needs, and interfaces with clients’ on the overall digital strategy requirements / Oversee implementation of digital promotional requirements based on identified digital strategy requirements and strategic direction / Overseas and manages interaction design process.
PRODUCTION PLANNING & CONTROL: Conceptualizes and implements design interfaces and interaction models for both web and application based systems / Monitor production of digital materials, and intervene at an early stage to ensure delivery of agreed output and quality, on the timeframe agreed upon / Set and implement performance standards and service level agreements (quality, timeframe, budget and process flow) with clients while maintaining branding and creative quality / Monitor compliance to and violations against performance standards, and ensure that violations are acted upon with due process / Identify causes of delay or deviations and initiate corrective action immediately.
MANPOWER & STAFF MANAGEMENT: Monitors and manages the performance of Digital Strategists / Identify and resolve conflicts and grievances among staff members, and those with clients’, if any / Takes co-responsibility of creative and leadership development of Digital strategists, in order to deepen the succession bench for the position
FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT & ADMINISTRATIVE ACTIVITIES: Approves and oversees recommended project budget, in collaboration with Interface Design Manager and Digital Development manager.
Requirements: Graudate of any 4 year course
Should have at least 3 years experience in end-to-end web development and in at least one of the following expertise:
- Search Engine Optimization
- Social Media Marketing
- Web Design and Usability
- Digital Business Development
- Usability and Design
Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Filipino; able to simplify technical and creative specifications to lay-man's terms
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
Experience in pitching ideas to clients, budget management
Aptitude for leadership, is a Team player; attentive to details
