Human Resources Manager
(National Capital Reg - Luzon)

Responsibilities:

Responsible in:
1. Accurate and timely processing of payroll.
2. Supervision of the compensation and benefits administration staff.
3. Accomplishing management initiative in work performance.
4.Implementation of rules and regulations of the company.
5.Assessment of employees performance appraisal.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Luzon.
  • Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Full-Time positions available.
