Manager Technical Projects Management
(National Capital Reg)

Responsibilities:
  • Manage Technology Infrastructure and Technology Support aligned with as per ITIL/ISO 20000.
  • The role will provide technology support for business processes in a BAU scenario, as well as supporting new projects, ramp-ups for existing business units and other relevant requirements.
  • Lead a team of experts and engineers (including the vendor engineers) to fulfill all requirements
  • Carry out monthly Capacity Management for optimal resource utilization. Should drive the forecast calendar and also handle technology procurement requirements
  • Work closely with the assigned Project / Migration Managers to setup network/ telecom/ servers/ desktop implementation plan for timely delivery of business.
  • Reviews and investigation of opportunities for improvement, SLA definition and management, manage complex customer relation issues
  • Develop internal escalations and SLAs
  • Motivate, train & build teams
  • Identifying and analyzing Team strengths and issues
  • IT resource performance management & tracking, service level analysis, best-practice advice
  • BCP implementation and testing it periodically and also ensure that all technology implementation is in line with internal technology Standard and audit it periodically
  • Evolve & adopt Baseline standards for all IT Infrastructure, Policy & procedures.
  • Meet internal customer expectations and meet with them regularly for feedback
  • Lead the responsibility from the front and be hands on Manager.
  • Work closely with Business, Operations, Info-security, Risk Management, Corporate audit to ensure that all Tech operations meet or exceed standards.
  • Manage the IT Infrastructure Management functions including but not limited to change, backup, problem and incident management


Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
  • At least 6 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

  • A balanced but quick decision maker to address floor issues caused by technology.
  • Proficient in at least one technology domain (networks, servers, etc)
  • Ability to produce professional and techno-commercial proposal and evaluate service providers
  • Has relevant experience and good exposure of manpower & project management
  • Understanding of different operating system platform, Voice & Data Networks, ITIL Certification and PMP training or certification an advantage
  • Have a project management of a least 3 years experience (Project Management and Migration Methodology)
  • Preferably in a back office operations within the last few years
