Responsibilities:
Primary Duties:
1. Account Management with ATL Production (Print, TV, Radio, Web)
- Perform creative brief for the Creative Director and/or Graphic Artists and provides sound recommendations to develop an effective output.
- Manages the execution of creative layouts into actual output. Facilitate production of a compre, FA (final artwork) to actual form.
- Proofread all advertising materials and provides recommendations and/or comments in congruence to the advertising campaign.
- Secure approval from the Creative Director and Execom prior to execution.
- Handle agreements between company and ATL advertising suppliers; maintain good professional relationship.
2. Media Planning
- Recommend helpful and cost-efficient media vehicles that will create brand awareness, establish brand recall and brand image among other objectives which will ultimately lead to project sell-out and long-term benefits for Century as a brand.
- Negotiate reasonable rates and additional media values to maximize the use of company funds.
- Ensure that all agreements between Century and all Media suppliers are met and that both parties maintain congenial and professional relations with each other.
3. Taskmaster for:
a. Century Elite Program
Spearhead the program concept
Monitor and supervise the accomplishment of all ATL and BTL advertising requirements for the program
b. Corporate endorsement deals
Coordinate with talents for corporate endorsements
Negotiate rates and handle contracts of talents
c. Project 3D renders and animations
Video/Taping requirements
Coordinate with suppliers on video/shoot requirements
Requirements:
- Must possess a bachelor's degree in Journalism, Public Relations, Advertising, or Mass Communications
- Must have a pleasing personality, good interpersonal and communications skills and exemplary work ethic
- Must have superior written and oral communication skills in English and Filipino
- Must be willing to work in Makati City
- Must be willing to work before or beyond office hours
- Must be willing to travel; attend events and social functions
