- Accountable for developing the marketing plan, customer segmentation and offer development in line with cooperative strategy, business unit development framework and customer needs.
- Responsible for managing the Customer Service team activities.
- Management of all customer communications, including advertising and sales promotion, and measurement of its effectiveness.
- Determine brand strategy and communication of the brands values throughout cooperative and ensure all promotions and communications adhere to the coop brand guidelines and reflect the brand values with ownership and direction of its use.
- To own the communications process for campaigns - including print, exhibitions, advertising and web and measure their impact and success for internal communications with the teams with regard to the sector activities.
- Responsible for setting and monitoring performance criteria for the effective performance management of Marketing.
- Promote behavioral expectations by enhancing and supporting working relationships within the organization between colleagues, external agencies and customers which demonstrate cooperative commitment to creating a diverse and inclusive working environment as outlined in cooperative code and by laws.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, Marketing or equivalent.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Cavite,Philippines.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
