Responsibilities:

• Manage key administrative and operational tasks of Senior Account Executive of the Business Development Division
• Receive, edit and process incoming customer orders or generate quotes on the Order Management System in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate customer accounts in Client Relationship Management System
• Prepare, generate and distribute required reports, including backorder reports.Provide excellent customer service for internal and external customers.

• Exposure to sales of technology products a definite advantage

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills
• Adept knowledge in Order management, Client Relationship Management and Online Case management Systems
• Proficient use in Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Outlook, and internet savvy
• Capable of multi-tasking in a progressive fast pace environment
• Ability to work, handle details accurately and follow up with minimum supervision
• Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate or Bachelor’s / College Degree in any field.
• Atleast one year of working experience in the related field is required
•  Relevant work experience for the position applied for is advantageous
