OFFICE MANAGER
(National Capital Reg - Pasig City)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and initiate office standards, policies and procedures that would ensure efficient and effective use of company's resources to support business growth and sustainability
  • Evaluate and improve exising office related policies and procedures to ensure alignment with business objectives and core values
  • Determine needs of the office and its various departments in terms of resources to effectively operate and meet set standards and business objectives
  • Facilitate over all-effort of the office to meet standards and business objectives
  • Supervise and control procurement processes to ensure alignment with company standards and observe cost-effective measures
  • Supervise and control maintenance processes to ensure effective safekeeping of company fixtures and assets
  • Liaise with building administrators, contractors and local agencies to ensure compliance on all applicable and governing laws essential to sustain growth of the company
  • Coordinate and work with different department heads to ensure all office related procedures and policies are observed and reviewed regularly
  • Report office management performance feedback on golas, objectives, metrics and issues to Director of Sales and Operations

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent. Job role in Management or equivalent.
  • Project Management Certification is an advantage but not required
  • Strong background and network in Philippine BPO/Call Center Industry
  • Must be willing to work on flexible hours
  • Strong character and effective leadership skills
  • 1 Full-Time positions available.
