Responsibilities:
•Client/Workstation Management
•Troubleshooting and Problem Management
•Special Projects and Store Opening Assistance
•Provides schedule and deployment of engineers
•Provides testing, installation, hardware and software checklist
•Provides assistance on technical concerns; also monitoring and assisting technical engineers regarding their tasks
•Provides needed and updated reports
•Provides project agreement and updated monitoring on the project

Requirements:
•Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
•Has at least least 2 years experience in Information technology or equivalent work
•Has good analytical skills
•Has good conversation and written communication skills in English and Filipino
