Requirements:
- Proficient in Amadeus GDS use, both reservation and ticketing
- Strong communication skills
- Results oriented and can work with minimum supervision
- Willing to work shifts
- Diligent, resourceful and with consistent follow through
- Team player, friendly, enthusiastic and customer-centric
- Computer literate
- Graduate of a 4-year College course, preferably in Travel & Tourism
