Area Facilities Manager Provides facilities leadership in multiple-sites and acts as consultant for new site or existing site expansion planning. As the technical subject matter expert, serves as a resource for Executive team on initiatives for selecting, procuring and implementation of facilities and turn-key building systems for call centers. The position will be responsible for ensuring design elements as well as operation and maintenance from a facilities perspective. The position evaluates designs (and existing facilities) to ensure that redundant power/ HVAC and back-up systems are truly and fully redundant. This position is accountable for the management and planning and day-day work associated with facilities expansion and building facilities, procurement and testing to assure 100% up time of primary and back-up building systems. Position leads cross functional site and supplier personnel in providing excellent facilities services to support the stakeholder needs of the Corporation. Position leads development of and supports the alignment of work unit processes with Overarching business processes and continues to support the documentation and improvement of all processes as the company grows. Position recognize external trends (i.e. new technology, changes in Marketplace) and provides information updates to support the company’s growth • Global wide responsibility to lead and facilitate building expansion efforts in support of employees • Manage all principles, standards, practices and requirements of technical project management for facilities. • Direct cross-functional teams not directly under your control, manage all vendors, sub-contractors, suppliers, and partners for facilities projects. • Manage the process of compliance with regulatory, legal, investor, and departmental guidelines. • Initiates and reviews reports, /queries/files/data. Initiates process improvements. • Participate in special projects, audits, tours, and assessments. • Manage all capital projects including the oversight of consultants, contractors, permit agencies, preparing estimates, scheduling, cost control and reporting. • Perform value engineering studies; evaluate contractor qualifications and recommendations; provide general quality control. • Responsible for creating and maintaining project schedules as they relate to facilities projects and real estate management. • Ensure all facilities are properly maintained and kept clean at all times. • Work with property management to maintain security, landscaping, HV/AC systems and mechanical systems. • Develop and maintain facility PM and maintenance programs. • Develop and manages annual capital and operating expense plans. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering or related field and 10 or more years of experience with increasing levels of responsibility (including a minimum of 5 years of Supervisory & Managerial experience). • Management experience in facility management, maintenance, Operations, planning, preferable in a call center environment. • Knowledge and strong electrical and HVAC background. • Proficiency with CMMS software, standards and practices. • Demonstrated ability to evaluate and test designs (and existing facilities) to ensure that redundant systems are operationally redundant • Preferred experience with AutoCad(tm) • Experienced in the following facility maintenance processes: HVAC, IAQ, RCM, Predictive and Preventive Maintenance, CMMS, recycling, environmental compliance and, energy conservation. • Experience with business continuity planning and maintenance and testing of BCP plans with quarterly reporting to executives on BCP success/failure • Demonstrated experience with benchmarking world class practices and value analysis. • Professional Certification(s) (i.e. Six-Sigma, ASQ, IFMA-International facility Management Association.) is preferred. • Strong vendor management skills • Direct Experience managing day-day building facilities in the Philippines with Philippine-based suppliers a plus • Multiple Site handling (Shaw, Cebu, Alabang) • Willing to travel
