  • Customer Care Specialists deliver world-class service to our valued customers across the globe.

Requirements:
  • AT LEAST 6 MONTHS CALL CENTER WORK EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED 
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Proficient in the use of computers and internet applications
  • Completed at least two years of college education, or a two-year diploma/certificate course
  • Willing to work at UP-Ayala TechnoHub, Quezon City
  • Willing to work in a schedule-shifting environment, including graveyard, holiday and weekend shifts

IBM now offers a FREE shuttle service from the MRT Quezon Avenue station to the new IBM Recruitment Center in UP-Ayala TechnoHub. Look for the IBM shuttle at the EDSA parking lot of ETON Centris Mall, at the corner of EDSA (northbound) and Quezon Avenue. Avail of this service between 8:30am and 2:30pm, from June 15 to 29, 2010, Monday to Friday.
