Sourcing Head

Responsibilities:
  • Achieve goals and targets (business-TP, and employee satisfaction)
  • Manage the performance of the recruiters, including but not limited to:
  • Individual performance specific to attendance, punctuality, and schedule adherence
  • Serve as escalation point for staff-related concerns and needs.
  • Work effectively with defined internal and external client and TP stakeholders.
  • Promote and develop continuous improvement and value-creation initiatives benefiting the business (TP), and employees.
  • Works closely with various functional heads to assure departments are fully staffed
  • Understand the needs of internal clients and provide effective resourcing strategies and solutions that match demand with well-trained and competitively priced market supply.
  • Define and implement creative sourcing strategies for current and future open positions and execute against them with minimal direction
  • Research and adapt best industry recruitment practices
  • Manage and improve technology based staffing program


Requirements:
  • 3 years or more experience as a Recruitment Supervisor and 2 years experience in Sourcing
  • Open to shifting, flexible in terms of work hours, and working on holidays
  • With demonstrable track record in achieving targets
  • Effective engagement and interaction with different stakeholders (agents, clients, customers, colleagues, support groups, management, third party vendors etc.)
  • Effective coaching and people development
  • Multi-tasking and effective management of real-time performance and multiple demands
  • Analytical and detail-oriented
  • Problem solver
  • Strong potential for exercising fair and good judgment
  • Computer/internet savvy/literate; skilled in using standard productivity software (e.g. MS Office)
