We are looking for Food & Beverage Service professionals who can deliver the legendary customer service and fantastic food that the Bistro Group is known for.

The Bistro Group offers full-time employment in Food & Beverage Services and part-time jobs for students who may wish to pursue employment while studying. Requirements:

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR RESTAURANT STAFF ARE AS FOLLOW:

 

BARTENDERS

·         At least 5’6” for ladies and 5’8” for males – preferably taller than the minimum requirement.

·         Highly personable, above average communication skills with impressive and remarkable presence.

·         Knowledge in “flair-tending” is a definite advantage.

·         Working knowledge in bar operations and preparation of beverages is required.

 

SERVERS

·         Highly personable, above average communication skills and upbeat personality.

·         Basic knowledge in food & beverage service management is required.

·         Minimum of 5’7” for males and 5’3” for females (with heels).

 

HOSTS & HOSTESSES

·         Highly personable, above average communication skills, pleasant personality and striking good looks.

·         Basic knowledge in food & beverage service management is required.

·         At least 5’6” for ladies (with heels) and 5’8” for males.

 

GUEST ENGAGEMENT SPECIALISTS

·         Highly personable, above average communication skills, pleasant personality and striking good looks.

·         Experience in customer service management is an added value.

·         Females with a minimum height of 5’7”.

 

LINE COOKS

·         Graduates of Culinary Arts and other related courses.

·         We also accept undergraduates or graduates of other courses with a minimum of 1 year experience in any area of back of the house operations/kitchen. Undergraduates or graduates of other courses.
