Branch Operations Assistant
(Escolta, QC, GenSan, Iligan, Cabanatuan, Lipa)

 

Responsibilities:

The Branch Operations Assistant is responsible for providing excellent customer service to policyholders and agents at the branch office and supports the branch’s overall administrative operations in the areas of :

  • premium collections
  • new business and underwriting
  • client services and customer care
  • complaints management

Requirements:

  • College graduate of a 4 year Business Course
  • Two years or more work related experience gained from an insurance or financial services company
  • Excellent customer service orientation
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Personal qualities of integrity, credibility and strong work ethic
  • Willing to be assigned in other branches when necessary
