SENIOR ACCOUNTING OFFICER
(National Capital Reg)

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist the Accounting Manager in the over-all financial control of Infinite Ideas and Excite including  the following:  Billing and Collections;  Disbursements; Cash Management; Record Keeping and Accounting; Financial Reporting and Monthly Operations Review; Auditing and Asset Control; Budgeting; Finance-related Feasibility Studies; Government Compliance; Strategic Planning; Internal and External Audits.
  2. Ensures that that the following tasks are implemented and monitored accordingly:  Financial Statements preparation as well as finalization of all books of accounts of both Infinite Ideas and Excite; Cash Position Report and Bank ; Reconciliation preparation;  Preparation of all employees’ payroll; Preparation of value Added Taxes (Input/Output); Preparation of Schedules as required by BIR during audit; Schedules for withholding taxes; Audit of Liquidations; Preparation of monthly progressive billing; A/R Schedules for  Infinite; Monthly Withholding Tax  on salaries and expanded taxes; Preparing Alpha  List  for BIR; Follow up collections with various clients; Transact with the bank if needed.
  3. Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the Chairman and/or Managing Director.

Requirements:

  • Male or female, between 30 to 40 years old; must be a Certified Public Accountant
  • With at least five (5) years work experience as Accounting Officer.
  • Must have relevant experience on the following: Financial Management; Corporate Tax Laws; Financial Analysis and Credit Management; Taxation and Risk Management; F/S preparation; General Accounting; Cost Accounting; Budget preparation; Receivables and Payables; as well as any Payroll System
  • Must possess an above average general management skills, a self-starter, results-driven and can manage changes well.
  • Has commitment to excellent customer service and the Company’s Code of Ethics.
  • Highly motivated, attentive to details, can keep confidential matters, and has the ability to coordinate multiple projects.
  • Must be highly organized, analytical and systematic individual.
  • Must have a sense of urgency and initiative to perform set duties even without instructions.
  • Can work under minimum supervision and able to cope up with pressures and deadlines.
  • Willing to work long hours.
  • Preferably a resident of Metro Manila (Quezon City / San Juan / Pasig / Makati).
  • Can start ASAP.
