Technical Commissary Head
National Capital Reg - Taguig City


Job Summary:
  •  Responsible for overall operations of bakery commissary with focus on production and quality control, delivery systems, logistics and inventory management.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Knowledgeable in production & processing of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacturing and distribution of goods.
  • Examines products to ensure correct quantity and quality i.e packaging, price and that it is presented as advertised.
  • Directs employees in production area and ensures that products produced are according to requirements.
  • Summarizes production reports and analyzes trends in the commissary i.e. production, wastages, manpower and other information necessary for cost efficiency.
  • Ensures a cost – effective production i.e. formulates and implements cost control points, wastage prevention measures, etc. 
  • Formulates pricing policies for merchandise according to profitability requirements.
  • Directs and supervises employees engaged in inventory –taking, reconciling cash receipts or performing services to customers.
  • Reviews inventory and sales records to prepare reports for management and budget departments.
  • Formulates and implements effective inventory systems for the stocks.
  • Communicates with the purchasing department regarding the commissary supplies as needed.
  • Examine products purchased or received for storage or resale.
  • Plan budgets and authorizes payments and merchandise returns as approve by the General Manager and COO.
  • Keep records of purchases, sales & requisitions.
  • Establishes and implements policies, goals, objectives and procedures for the department.
  • Plans & prepares work schedules of his /her staff and keeps records of employee’s work schedules.
  • Knowledgeable in principles and processes for providing customer and personal services –includes customer need assessment, meeting quality standards for services and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
Basic Relationships:
  • Reports directly to the General Manage & COO.


  • Candidate must be a graduate of any of the ff: BS Food Technology , BS HRIM or BS Industrial Engineering
  • With strong leadership and interpersonal  skills
  • Must have background in HACCP principles
  • Knowledgeable in inventory planning and control, effective stocks forecasting
  • Willing to work in Taguig Area.  
  • Must have excellent leadership skills
  • Quality focus on proper inventory of goods / stocks & documentation skills.
  • Customer oriented
