Urgent Hiring: FACILITIES and ADMIN Assistant Manager

  • Manage the entire Facilities and Admin process (Housekeeping, Security, Assets, Facility Preventive Maintenance, Equipment Monitoring and other tasks as may be assigned by the Country Manager)
  • Prepare and review operational reports to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Set goals and deadlines for the department
  • Acquire, distribute and store supplies
  • Analyze internal processes, recommend and implement procedural or policy changes to improve operations
  • Plan, administer and control budgets for contracts, equipment and electrical & mechanical systems
  • Oversee construction and renovation projects to improve efficiency and to ensure that facilities meet environmental, health and security standards, and comply with government regulations


  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, any field
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience as a Facilities and Admin Supervisor or Facilities and Admin Assistant Manager
  • Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers
