Excellent People's Multi-Purpose Cooperativewas organized and registered at Cooperative Development Authority in 29th July 2004 with Registration No. P-621-4480 under R.A. 6938 primarily to engage in savings and loan activities among members and to provide Manpower Management and Supply Services to clients. Duly registered and 100% compliant with government regulatory agencies such as the Bureau of internal Revenue, Municipality of Taguig and Barangay of Western Bicutan, Social Security System (SSS), Philhealth and Home Development Mutual Fund (HDMF) or Pag-Ibig. The primary source of the Cooperative€™s income comes from the contributions of its members, interest from loans to members and service fees to clients.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Psychology or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Taguig City.
  • Male or Female not more than 28 years old
  • Knowledgeable in Recruitment Process and Administrative tasks
  • Experience in training and conducting of orientations or seminars is an advantage
  • With related work experience in Human Resource Department
  • Proficient in all MS applications
  • Able to deal with people
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to conduct seminars and workshops to newly hires
