Our client is  one of the largest US multinational bank and financial services company, serving clients in more than 150 countries around the globe.  They offer a full-range of services including banking, investment, asset management and other financial products and services.
The successful candidate is expected to provide superior customer service in handling queries regarding products including processing of new client accounts, customer retention, implementing requested changes to existing accounts and performing other account maintenance and clerical duties as required by the customer, in accordance with approved policies and procedures.
  • Answers incoming calls and emails promptly and in accordance with established call / email - handling procedures.
  • Provides concise, quality customer service in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using the computer system.
  • Follow-up on customer inquires not immediately resolved.
  • Recognize, document and alert the supervisor of trends in customer calls.
  • Transfer customer calls to appropriate staff for immediate attention.
  • Interacts with fellow team members to enhance project performance.
  • Performs related work as required, and special projects, as needed.
  • At least 2 years of college in any business or management course.
  • At least 6 months work experience in customer service or account management.
  • Fluent in English – both written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient with MS-Office products: Mail, Word & Excel .
  • Must possess telephone courtesy skills .
  • Must be able to work varying shifts, including weekend and holiday work schedules.
  • Must be able to interact effectively with all employees .
