Administration and Procurement Assistant
National Capital Reg - Pasay City


  • Maintains contact with vendors regarding orders, new products and services, contract terms and conditions, etc.
  • Receives, inspects, and distributes orders to appropriate individuals and departments; files return or damage claims with local vendors and suppliers.
  • Prepares periodic reports related to purchasing, inventory control, and deliveries within the local operations.
  • Obtains and updates information on contract purchase prices, Vendor’s database and Contracts Monitoring reports.
  • Coordinates expenditure records with Accounting Team in order to assure prompt and accurate payment to local vendors and suppliers.
  • Others: Performs Administrative support related work as required.


  • Preferably with 1-2 years administrative work experience (Admin & Procurement)
  • Detail-oriented and multi-tasker
  • Communicator (email, correspondence, reports, meetings)
  • Candidate must be a Bachelor's/College Degree holder
  • Can start ASAP
