Administration Assistant
National Capital Reg - Pasay City


  • Welcome/Receive corporate visitors relating to work. Observe physical security policies.
  • Create, control, and monitor all administrative requirements of other departments.
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with the Building Admin and all relevant local governmental agencies and authorities.
  • Monitor and support on-going local site activities e.g. team events, onsite audits and inspections, etc.
  • Maintain office supplies and coordinate deliveries.
  • Agenda management: training/meeting room reservations, arrange hotels and transport services for guests and employees
  • Photo ID capture and printing, distribute mails, route interdepartmental correspondences, distribute mobile billings
  • Others: Perform Administrative support duties as assigned.


  • Detail-oriented and multi-tasker
  • Communicator (email, correspondence, reports, meetings)
  • Candidate must be a Bachelor's/College Degree holder
  • Can start ASAP
