National Capital Reg - PASIG CITY
Preparation of Financial Statements, Cash position and other Accounting Reports
Updating of Books of accounts and establishment of an efficient filing system.
Providing accurate information and analytical reports as may be needed by the Management
Can work as CHIEF ACCOUNTANT/ ACCOUNTING STAFF/BOOKKEEPER
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy, Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, Commerce Major in Accounting or equivalent.
CPA preferred but not required.
Must have excellent computer skills, fast learner, flexible and self driven.
Must have strong analytical skills, strong logic and comprehension capabilities.
Able to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks under pressure.
Exposure to REAL ESTATE environment is an advantage.
Proficiency in report preparation and strong writing skills an advantage.
Exposure to customer relations and background in Cost Accounting an advantage
Must be able to start working immediately.
