Management Trainee – Officers Development Program
National Capital Reg Requirements:
Applicants must possess the following minimum qualifications:

Not over 35 years old;

With at least two years work experience relevant to the Bank’s operations and functions, with one (1) year of supervisory experience

Graduate in field of study relevant to the Bank’s functions, with excellent scholastic performance, or with a Master’s degree relevant to the Bank’s operations/functions, or a Board/Bar passer
