Quality Management Officer
National Capital Reg - Ortigas Center, Pasig City
Job Objective: The Quality Management Officer is directly responsible for developing & conceptualizing FSC Monitoring Programs, and Quality Management System in the Stores.

- Knowledge of local and international Quality and Food Safety Standards
- Quality Assurance Systems and Total Quality Management
- Quality Validation and Measurement

College Degree in Chemical Engineering / Food Technology / Chemistry / BS Hotel and Restaurant Management, or equivalent.
Above average communication skills (verbal and written)
Proven leadership, people management, and organizational skills.
With at least 5 years of working experience in Quality Management, at least one year of which is in a supervisory capacity.
With relevant experience in the conduct of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) audits and trainings.
With experience in process verification and validation of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) and ISO standards.
