Business Unit Manager
Central Luzon, Central Visayas, Davao, Eastern Visayas, National Capital Reg Responsibilities:
Primarily responsible for operations of the ethical marketing team, particularly on MDs engagements such as detailing, implementation of marketing programs, and other prescription generation activities. Responsible in ensuring an effective participation of MIFI-Interphil in continuing medical education (CME) activities through medical symposia, round table discussions, booth exhibits, and other activities in partnership with key medical societie
Requirements:

Candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in managing and supervising people.

Candidate with National Sales Manager position will be a plus.

Candidate must be able to lead the team in the achievement of sales goals and marketing objectives.

Candidate must possess ability to motivate his direct reports through providing clear directions supported with appropriate plans and strategies.

Candidate must be able to evaluate and recommend training and developmental needs of people to build their competence and confidence.
