Responsibilities:
The Emerson Business Services (EBS) Support is a key member of the Emerson Business Services Team. In this capacity, the EBS Support Specialist is responsible for maintaining and supporting the EBS mailbox and International Emerson companies. Ensure the accuracy and completeness of service requests assigned to the respective owners and relative information are communicated on a timely manner. The primary objective is to ensure that the St. Louis Operation is achieving the desired level of customer service through operational support to achieve the EBS service level goals. The EBS Support Specialist will ensure that customer service expectations are met and maintained, and cultivate relationships with appropriate customer contacts in order to be responsible and proactive according to their needs.
 
 
  • Maintains the Mailbox and other service mailboxes: Creating work orders for emails sent in the services box and distributes it to the respective owners.
  • Sends out Customer Communications: Email all Emerson Business Unit ontacts for meeting subjects and maintenance notification.
  • Checks Emails from Third Party Administrators (TPA) for errors on file transfers made by the business units for their benefits and communicates them to IT team before a specified deadline.
  • Creates and distributes reports for notifications sent in by FedEx for packages sent to Emerson business units.
  • Checks and review the Payroll Run Total Sheets. Ensure the accuracy and completeness of the report. This is done once a month after every month end.
  • Creates Oracle password for all Emerson companies using Oracle in, HR, Benefits and Payroll functions. This includes Oracle Production and test instances using Oracle ITSS User Administrator responsibility in Oracle.
  • Responsible in providing access requests.
  • Creates usernames and passwords for new Oracle users using Oracle ITSS User Administrator responsibility in Oracle.
  • Links usernames to correct employee profile.
  • Updates employees Email addresses in oracle users profile upon request.


Requirements:
  •  
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
  • 4-year Course with Business, Financial or Accounting Background
  • preferred
  • At least 1 year related experience in the BPO industry (Payroll
  • processing) is an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent English written and oral communication skills
  • Willing to work on Philippine Holidays
  • Willing to work at manila night shift schedule
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
