Tyneham Phils. Inc. is looking for Regional Sales Managers to complement its team of professionals. The successful candidate will be provided with exceptional product support by a passionate and product quality-oriented team, an opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, and a chance to have a first-crack at developing fresh untapped markets.

Regional Sales Managers
Bicol Region, C.A.R, Cagayan Valley, Calabarzon & Mimaropa, Central Luzon, Central Visayas, Davao, Ilocos Region, National Capital Reg, Northern Mindanao, Soccsksargen, Western Visayas, Zamboanga

Responsibilities:

Sales and Marketing
  • Implement Sales and Marketing strategies, guidelines, procedures, and policies to the highest level of efficiency
  • Analyze the sales movement of his territory, and make necessary recommendation
  • Analyze and evaluate the submitted PO's of his Distributor Specialists
  • Ensure that all legitimate PO's will be approved for invoice without overdue
  • Follow up delivery of all submitted invoice from Logistics/Warehouse Department
  • Handle complaints received from the trade outlets.
  • Assist in long and short term sales forecast.
  • Establish efficient and aconomical route structure for his sales people
  • Establish an effective Market Information System in order to neutralize threat of competition.
  • Prepare sales statistics and report (Weekly Sales Report) to Sales and Marketing Manager
 
Administrative
  • Administer Sales Representatives (KAM/DS) in a given trritorial work assignment
  • Supervise District staffs both functionally and administratively
  • Maintain a high degree of professionalism
  • Assist in hiring and termination of Sales Representative based upon recommendations of subordinates and coordinates with the management
  • Provide policy direction in his assigned sales group concerning responsibilities assigned to it.
 
Finance
  • Safeguard and administer Corporate Assets used and unused, placed at his disposal by the necessities of his function and see to it that such are neither abused nor abandoned.
  • To monitor all receivables of his Sales Representatives, recommend necessary action on delinquent sales

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any course.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Sales - Corporate, Account Management, Business Development or equivalent.
  • Male or Female, age 25-40 years old
  • Full-Time position(s) available
