The position is responsible for the administrative functions in the Main DC which include but is not limited to:operational expense monitoring, coordination with other support departments, timekeeping of direct personnel and the accredited service providers. The job is also responsible for system picking for GMA and Luzon orders and tagging of un-served orders.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Business Studies/Administration/Management, Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
Required skill(s): system picking, operational expense monitoring, tagging of unserved orders, timekeeping. Contract administration, office administration, document management.
At least 1 year relevant work experience in Logistics or Warehouse.
Computer literate with background in data entry skills. Preferably with knowledge in ERP, SAP or ERIC system.
With high level of integrity and accuracy, good working attitude and strong service orientation.
Ability to multi-task in a busy environment.
Applicants must be willing to work in Libis,Quezon City.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
