The AEGIS On the Job Trainee Program aims to:
  • Provide students an opportunity to experience working in a leading BPO company, merging classroom learning and real-world practice, and allowing them to contribute to the organization through their delivery of challenging, and carefully crafted projects 
  • Serve as a talent pool for future Management Trainees and Direct Hires  
  • Strengthen ties with academic institutions 
  • Create a venue for new ideas to come in providing growth and innovation to the company
Responsibilities include -
- Helping the Recruitment Marketing & Communication (RMC) Teamto implement the day to day operations, adhering to Aegis’ standards, policies and procedures:
* MARKETING:  Implement marketing strategies  to generate leads for volume recruitment positions, increase applicant pool & database.  Gather data required for market analyses and help design/create marketing collaterals.
* SOURCING:  implement sourcing strategies, compile & endorse leads to Scheduling  team
* CUSTOMER RELATIONS:  represent company at job fairs, help to establish & maintain contacts w/ talent pool sources (schools, alumni groups, associations, external providers & organizations  for sourcing)
* OTHERS:  ensure job applicants receive satisfactory service by answering  applilcants' inquiries, dealing w/ complaints; Coordinate activities with other departments & strive for smooth operations within units/departments

  • Applicants must be willing to work in Ortigas.
  • Looking for OJTs for 2 different schedules: MWF and TTH
