Technical Support Representative (for Alabang, Imus, and Cavite)
Cavite (Calabarzon & Mimaropa) - Imus

Responsibilities:

  • Accept calls transferred by Level 1 support or from the sales team
  • Take escalation calls
  • Provide support to customers who have purchased a membership for unlimited technical support
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software and email issues
  • Other responsibilities that immediate supervisor may assign

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree , Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
  • At least 1 year technical support experience with any of the following: Dell, IBM, HP, Gateway, MSN
  • Has knowledge in troubleshooting and configuration of the following or has expertise on:
    • Desktop or Notebook
    • Windows Expert (Win 7, Vista, XP, 2000, ME, 98/Mac Basic <optional>)
    • Spyware/Virus/Trojan removal
    • Windows support and update expert
    • Wireless configuration
    • CD/DVD setup, configuration and assistance
    • E-mail client configuration
    • Computer speed optimization
    • File Share setup, configuration and assistance
    • Operating system diagnosis and troubleshooting
    • Computer Security and Firewall setup and configuration
    • Printer setup, configuration and troubleshooting
    • Portable Media Player (MP3 player, iPod, etc) assistance
    • Instant messaging installation and troubleshooting
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Alabang, and Imus, Cavite
  • Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
