Responsibilities:

Job Description

  • Provide Tele sales services to new & existing customers over the phone.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • To offer & sell products after the call is serviced.
  • Meet targets like Quality, CSAT, AHT, Sales, Sales compliance, attendance & Adherence.
  • Adhere to internal policies to ensure compliance with legal parameters as well as company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Person Specification
    • Should be customer centric while performing the Tele Sales function and be focused on delivering excellence.
    • Possess effective selling skills and have the ability to deliver on sales targets.
     
    Knowledge/Experience:
    • Graduate with 0 -3 yrs of relevant work experience
    • Tele Sales & Customer Service experience.
     
    Competencies/Skills:
    • Excellent Communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a target oriented environment
    • Good team player
    • Ability to Multitask
    • Willingness to work in shifts.
    • Typing speed of 25 wpm
     
    Qualifications:
    Essential: Graduate
    Desirable:Graduate with 0 -3 yrs of relevant work experience ; Age group of 21-28 yrs
