THE COMPANY
Hence, Centerlife Healthcare Inc. (CHI) was born. This is the first private hybrid healthcare facility in the Philippines envisioned by two doctors, the purpose of which is to provide a life -changing opportunity to its members and clients through its pillar structures: (1) Nursing Home Care with a Medical Facility, (2) Drug Rehabilitation Homes and (3) Corporate and Home Health Centres.

National Capital Reg Responsibilities:

Render nursing care: administer medications, treatments, dressings, and other nursing services according to physician’s instructions and condition of patient.

Observe, evaluate, and record symptoms.

Apply independent emergency measures to counteract adverse developments and notify physician of patient’s condition.

Give information to family regarding the treatment of patient and maintenance of healthful environment.

Maintain equipment and supplies.

Supervise diet.

Other related tasks that may be assigned.
Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Nursing or equivalent.

At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
