Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in general administrative processes and help in overall housekeeping and day-to-day functioning in the Lifelinks office.
  • Maintain office co-ordination between the department/person and the rest of the office;
  • Maintain a calendar and co-ordinate the workflow and meetings;
  • Conduct orientation for new candidate recruits and support the staff when assigned;
  • Create and maintainoffice documents;
  • Accompany the employer to meetings and conferences and required to count of the happening and improvements;
  • Maintain the inflow and outflow of goods or office supplies, arrange for repair and maintenance of office equipment, and send, receive and sort mail and other packages.
  • Interacting with clients and customers and keep track of the improvements
  • Maintain the firm's website;
  • Maintain confidenciality in all aspects on the firm's dealing and working. 

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
  • Required skill(s): must be able to work as a team and as an individual, ability to effectively communicate, good writing and problem-solving skills, familiar with MS Office tools, Internet and other office application tools, preferably with an accounting background.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
