  • Will be responsible for the inspection of formworks and rebars installation prior to concrete pouring for all structural members: beams, columns, slabs, foundation works.
  • Will be responsible for the maintenance of construction engineering records for job history pertaining to civil/structural works.
  •  Will be responsible for coordination of activities related to the area of responsibility and interfaces with all other operating sections of the jobsite.
  •  Participates in site meetings, reviews inspection schedules and prepares complete inspection checklists.
  • Will be responsible for follow-up submittal of shop drawings from contractors; prepares correspondences, collation of progress billings of various trade contractors and other pertinent documents.
  • Will be responsible for site supervision and monitoring of contractor's work progress.
  •  Will be responsible for preparation and evaluation of Additive/Deductive Change Order Costs.


  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
  • Shall have previous experience in high rise construction
