Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents
  • File and retrieve documents and reference materials
  • Conduct research, assemble and analyse data to prepare reports and documents
  • Manage and maintain executives schedules, appointments and travel arrangements
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings and events
  • Record, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings
  • Monitor, respond to and distribute incoming communications
  • Answer and manage incoming calls
  • Receive and interact with incoming visitors
  • Interact with external clients
  • Coordinate project-based work
  • Review operating practices and implement improvements where necessary
  • Supervise and train lower level staff
  • Other tasks that may be assigned by the CEO.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Secretarial or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English, Filipino
  • Required Skill(s) All MS Application.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Supervisor / 3 -5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Quezon City
